What is the fee for the legal services?

The fee for lawyers in New York is governed by New York law.  We charge a contingency fee of 33 1/3%, meaning that we only get paid if we recover money for you.  Additionally, if we spend any money out of pocket on expenses, we are reimbursed that amount from the settlement.  Again, if there is no recovery, expenses do not have to be paid back.

While you may be able to find a few attorneys out there willing to work for less money, it is our experience that you get what you pay for!  If you needed surgery, would you go to the cheapest doctor you can find or the doctor with the best reputation?
