What if I am injured on a bus? Who pays?

If you sustain an injury while on a bus, all No-Fault benefits are paid by your own personal auto carrier or of any policies issued to any relative residents (see above).

If you don’t own a motor vehicle and there are no relative resident polices, then the bus will provide No-Fault insurance.  Your pain and suffering claim will still be made against the parties that caused your accident.
